
The month of December to most brings thoughts of Christmas and the endless celebrations and festivities that bring in the season. Sydney comes alive over this period and has many events on offer for the young and old alike. St Martins Place boasts Sydney’s largest Christmas Tree and a Christmas concert is held in November when the tree is decorated.

CAROLS IN THE DOMAIN – Saturday 19th December 2009 12 noon – 11pm
The Domain, Art Gallery Road, Sydney
Childrens carnival commences at 12 noon, Channel 7 autograph stage opens at 3pm and the concert commences at 8.30pm.
This is a charity event raising money for The Salvation Army. For those that can not make the event, Channel 7 broadcasts live so you can watch in the comfort of your own home.

CHRISTMAS PROJECTIONS will again light up Sydney Town Hall and other buildings in Macquarie Street. Twelve slides will be projected depicting the 12 days of a Sydney Christmas. The projections will rotate every hour from 8.30pm-1.00am commencing 26th November 2009.
