It always pays to check the Jetstar site for the latest up to date terms and fees that may apply. A point of note is that currently Jetflex and Starclass flights are refundable up to day of departure with a fee of course….

Fare information JetSaver and JetSaver Light~ JetFlex International StarClass & Promotional StarClass
Cancellations – Non-refundable
No refund if you have upgraded to a JetFlex fare from another fare or if requested after the day of original scheduled departure.

JetFlex fares are otherwise refundable up to day of departure (including after flight has departed). A refund fee is applicable per passenger, per booking.
StarClass Promotional fares are non-refundable. No refund if you have upgraded to a StarClass Full fare from a StarClass Promotional fare or another fare. (or if requested after the day of original scheduled departure).

StarClass fares are otherwise refundable up to day of departure (including after flight has departed). A refund fee is applicable per passenger, per booking. Checkout the Jetstar site for current fees.
